Record scaffold handovers on custom printed A4 carbonless forms. When you write on the top sheet, the information transfers to the sheets beneath it, giving the people involved a copy of the same completed form. Choose duplicate, triplicate or quadruplicate pads to suit your record-keeping process. Your team is responsible for checking that its form and handover process meet the requirements of each site.

How many parts do you need?

• 2-part duplicate: one original and one copy, for example for contractor and client.
• 3-part triplicate: one original and two copies, useful when a site office also needs a record.
• 4-part quadruplicate: one original and three copies when four parties need the same information.

These are examples, not a prescribed handover procedure. Choose the number of copies your site requires. Pads are glued for easy removal of sheets. If you prefer a more durable perforated book with a bound stub, see NCR Books or ask for a quotation.

What is this form for?
It can be used to record details of a scaffold handover after the relevant erection and inspection steps. The form itself does not replace a competent inspection or establish legal compliance; check the information and process required for your site.

Can I use my own layout?
Yes. Upload your pre-designed PDF when ordering. Alternatively, choose the free template-personalisation option and provide your business details and logo for the proof.

Can I request numbering?
Yes. Sequential numbering costs £15. Provide your chosen starting number when ordering.

Can I request hole punching or a different paper sequence?
Hole punching is available at no extra charge. The standard paper sequences are white/yellow for 2-part, white/yellow/pink for 3-part and white/blue/yellow/pink for 4-part. If you need a different available sequence, add it to Special Instructions; the top sheet must be white.

Can you print on the back or make a different size?
Yes, please request a quotation for back printing, another size or a different format.
