We produce continuous NCR business forms made to order for businesses using dot matrix printer workflows. These multi-part carbonless forms can be tailored to your required layout, size, colour and number of parts. 

Continuous NCR forms are available from 2-part through to 6-part, with single-colour or full-colour CMYK printing. Request a free quotation for your requirements. 

What are continuous NCR forms used for? 

Continuous NCR forms are designed to feed through compatible dot matrix printers and can be prepared for use with office software such as Sage, subject to your software, printer and form setup. 

They are useful for multi-part invoices, delivery notes, job sheets, order forms, statements and other business documents where copies need to be produced together.

Available formats and options 

  • 2-part, 3-part, 4-part, 5-part and 6-part forms 
  • Single-colour or full-colour CMYK printing 
  • Paper colours including white, blue, green, pink and yellow 
  • Sequential numbering if required 
  • Side perforations and perforations within the forms, horizontally or vertically 
  • Sprocket holes along the sides for printer feeding 
  • Perforated margins that can be removed after printing 
  • Two-hole or four-hole drilling down the side for filing

  • Continuous NCR forms are produced for use with compatible dot matrix printer workflows. 
  • Forms can be prepared with one to six NCR parts. 
  • Available depths range from 3 inches to 24 inches. 
  • Available widths range from 4 inches to 50 inches. 
  • Paper and card weights include 53gsm, 57gsm, 60gsm, white bond, 70gsm, 80gsm, 90gsm, 100gsm, 115gsm, 135gsm, 150gsm, 170gsm and 190gsm card. 

Artwork and setup 

We can work from your print-ready artwork or discuss your requirements before preparing a quotation. Please provide the form size, number of parts, paper colours, printer or software requirements, finishing options and quantity wherever possible.
