Which number of parts should I choose? 

• 2-part duplicate - One original and one copy, suitable when you and your customer each need a record. 
• 3-part triplicate - An original plus two copies when an office or accounts team also needs a copy. 
• 4-part quadruplicate - An original plus three copies for workflows with more recipients or record holders.

What are NCR quotation pads? 
They are carbonless printed quotation forms that create duplicate, triplicate or quadruplicate copies as you write, without separate carbon paper. 

What sizes are available? 
Choose A5, measuring 148 x 210mm, or A4, measuring 210 x 297mm. Custom sizes are available on request. 

How many sets are in each pad? 
Each pad contains 50 printed NCR sets. 

Can I use my own quotation design? 
Yes. Upload your pre-designed PDF and we will send a digital proof for approval before printing. 

Do you provide a quotation template? 
Yes. We can personalise the quotation pad template with your company details and logo at no extra cost. Our design service is also available for £28. 

Can I add sequential numbering? 
Yes. Sequential numbering is available for £15. Tell us your preferred starting number when ordering. 

Can I request hole punching? 
Yes. Hole punching is free of charge when requested in the special instructions.
