Permit to work pads FAQ
What is a permit to work form?
It is a document used within a business's own procedure to record authorisation and details of specified work. Your team should decide what fields and controls its form needs.
Why choose NCR pads?
Carbonless paper makes matching handwritten copies for the people who need them. Printing a form does not itself establish a compliant permit system.
Which number of parts should I choose?
Choose 2, 3 or 4 parts based on how many copies your process needs; for example, issuer, operative and site-office copies.
Can I customise the form?
Yes. Supply your PDF or request free personalisation of the general template. We email a proof for approval before printing.
Can I add sequential numbering or hole punching?
Sequential numbering is £15; tell us your starting number. Hole punching is free when requested in Special Instructions.
