Personalised Custom Printed C4 Envelopes - Made to Order in the UK. These custom printed envelopes can be used as Freepost Envelopes, Business Reply Envelopes, Prepaid Envelopes and Donation Envelopes etc. C4 Envelopes are used widely for unfolded A4 size documents and thin catalogues. We use 120gsm Peel & Seal Envelopes for our C4 Envelope printing. These envelopes have long-edge wallet flaps (we do not offer pocket flaps). Your envelopes will be personalised to your exact requirements. Order your custom printed C4 size envelopes today!

- Envelope flap depth is 40mm
- We do not make any extra charge for Window Envelopes
- Attach your pre-designed Envelope design in PDF, PNG or JPEG when you order. Please save your file to CMYK format and include cutting marks
- Design service also available. If you require our design services, please select this option as you order
- We always email you a digital proof to check over and approve before printing your order
