A5 Triplicate NCR Sets

Custom printed A5 size (148 x 210mm) triplicate 3 part NCR sets - a versatile half-A4 format for invoices, job sheets and receipts where three copies are required. Each set is individually glued together for easy distribution, allowing a specific number of forms to be handed out as needed. Sets are NOT padded or booked together. 

A5 (148 x 210mm) is half the size of A4 - a popular choice for job sheets, service reports and receipt forms used on-site or at the counter. With 3 part NCR you get a white original plus yellow and pink copies, giving you, your customer and your records a copy of every transaction. When you write on the top NCR sheet, an instant copy is automatically made onto the sheets below - no carbon paper required.

  1. One Colour Printing - we print in Black Ink as standard. If you require a different ink colour, please let us know in Special Instructions as you place your order. We can do this at no extra charge.
  2. Full Colour Printing - printed in as many ink colours as you require. This is perfect if you have a full colour logo for instance.

Q: What is the A5 size in mm? A: A5 is 148 x 210mm - half the size of A4, ideal for job sheets, receipt forms and service reports used on-site or at the counter. 

Q: What is the difference between NCR sets and NCR pads or books? A: NCR sets are individually glued together for easy distribution - a specific number of forms can be handed out as needed. They are NOT padded or booked together, making them ideal when you need to distribute sets to multiple recipients. 

Q: What does 3 part NCR mean? A: 3 part NCR gives you three copies from a single sheet of writing - a white original, a yellow copy and a pink copy. Perfect for keeping one copy each for you, your customer and your records. 

Q: What is the standard paper colour sequence? A: Standard 3 part NCR sets are White (top), Yellow and Pink. If you need a different sequence, let us know in Special Instructions - we stock White, Blue, Yellow, Pink and Green at no extra charge. 

Q: Can I add sequential numbering? A: Yes - simply select this option when ordering and let us know your required start number. 

Q: Can I supply my own design? A: Yes - upload your pre-designed form as a PDF when ordering. We check every file and send a digital proof for approval before printing. 

Q: Is hole punching available? A: Yes - hole punching is free of charge. Just mention it in Special Instructions when placing your order.
