1. How do I set up my Leaflet Design for printing? 
   We need your artwork to be supplied as a PDF file in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300dpi. If your design runs to the edge of the sheet, please add an additional 3mm 'bleed' onto the design - this will be cut off when we guillotine your leaflets to size. Please upload your leaflet design as a PDF file when you place your order. 
2. What are best practices for supplying me leaflet design? 
   Please keep text a minimum of 5mm from the edge of the paper. Please make sure your text is not too small (we recommend a minimum of 8 point). We also recommend making any lines a minimum of 0.5 point - we don't want them too thin. 
3. Do you do a file check? 
   Yes, we check your supplied artwork file as soon as we receive your order. If we notice any issues, we will be in touch. We always email a digital proof to you for your approval before production.

• There are certain criteria regarding VAT relating to leaflets. They must meet certain conditions for the Flyer/Leaflet product to be considered zero rated for VAT purposes. There must be a significant amount of printed text on at least one side of the leaflet to make sure it is being printed as something to be read {hand held}, instead of being posted onto a wall. To ensure a leaflet is zero rated for VAT purposes it must be no larger than A4 size (210 x 297mm) and printed on paper stock which is no thicker than 230gsm. in weight 
• Lamination is an option we can add to your leaflets. This is an option on certain paper types. If you do require a laminated finish on your leaflets then please contact us for a quotation 
• Embellishments: Spot UV and Foiling can also be added to your leaflets. This is only available on certain paper types. If you require these additional finishes to be applied to your leaflets then please contact us for a quotation
