Refund policy

Due to the customisable nature of the printed products that we manufacture to order, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334) do not afford the buyer a right to cancel their order within the 7 day period. 

Once you place an order with us, we will email you a digital proof and full specification of your order to check and approve before production. Once you approve the digital proof, we will manufacture your order to your exact instructions. All orders are thoroughly quality checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, please contact us to discuss. We always work with our customers to build strong business relationships and our aim is to make our customers happy and resolve any potential issues in good spirit. 

Any issues or concerns relating to an order must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt. 
Refunds may be offered at the discretion of Management. 
Your statutory rights are not affected.
