Artwork and approval 

You can supply a print-ready PDF or ask about our design service if you need help with layout or artwork preparation. 

Where applicable, we provide a digital proof before production. Please check your proof carefully, including spelling, contact details, numbers, layout, colours and page order, before approving it. 

We can only print artwork that you own or are authorised to reproduce. By supplying artwork, you confirm that you have the necessary permission or licence to use it. 

Production and quality checks 

Orders are produced to the agreed requirements using materials and a print process suitable for the product. Each custom-made order is checked before dispatch as part of our quality-control process. 

For NCR pads, books and sets, we can produce duplicate, triplicate and quadruplicate formats with options such as numbering, collating and hole punching where available for the selected product.
