Q: What is the standard paper colour sequence? 
A: Our standard 3-part NCR books are White (top), Yellow (middle) and Pink (bottom). Different colour sequences available at no extra charge - we stock White, Blue, Yellow, Pink and Green. 

Q: Can I add sequential numbering? 
A: Yes - select this option when ordering and let us know your required start number. 

Q: What sizes are available? 
A: A4, A5, DL and A6. Custom sizes available on request. 

Q: Can I supply my own design? 
A: Yes - upload your PDF when ordering. We send a digital proof for approval before printing. 

Q: Is hole punching available? 
A: Yes - free of charge. Mention it in Special Instructions when ordering.

Specification 

• You can upload your pre-designed form (preferably in PDF format) for us to print from, or select our design service as you order. We always email you a digital proof to approve before printing your NCR Books. 
• All sheets perforated, stapled and bound into book form (with a stub similar to a cheque book). 
• We perforate all NCR sheets as standard. NCR sheets will stay in the book unless physically pulled out. If you only require certain NCR sheets to be perforated, please contact us. 
• We can perforate staple and bind your books at the top or on the left hand side. As standard, we perforate, staple and bind at the top of each book, but it really depends on the design you require printing onto your books and your personal preference. We always email you a digital proof to approve before printing your books. If you need to change how the book is set up, we can easily amend the booking position for you. Our service is fully customised, so we can produce your order to your specifications. Please let us know in 'Special Instructions' as your order, if you require your books to be bound on the left hand side. 
• Binding tape. 
• NCR books are more durable and robust than NCR pads. They are bound together (perforated, stapled and bound) rather than glued together which means sheets can be retained in the book if required. 
  
• 50 x NCR sets in each book. 
• Each Triplicate NCR Book has a grey board backing card. 
• 3 Part NCR (White/Yellow/Pink) premium quality 75gsm carbonless paper as standard. 
  (If you require a different NCR paper colour sequence to our standard, we can do this at no extra charge. Please let us know your required paper colour sequence in 'Special Instructions' as you place your order. We stock the following NCR paper colours: White, Blue, Yellow, Pink, Green. 
• Two Options for Printing: 
  1. One Colour Printing. We print in Black Ink as standard. If you require a different ink colour to our standard, please let us know in 'Special Instructions' as you place your order. We can do this at no extra charge. 
  2. Full Colour Printing. Printed in as many ink colours as you require. This is perfect if you have a full colour logo for instance. 
• Prices are for printing to the front of all sheets. If you also require printing on the reverse of the sheets (eg; terms and conditions), please ask for a FREE Quote 
• Sizes Available:

• Sequential Numbering can be added to your personalised NCR printing order. Numbering will start from a number of your choice. Numbering is sequential, for example 1001, 1002, 1003 etc. You can let us know your chosen start number as you place your order. You can let us know the position you require for the sequential numbering in 'Special Instructions' as you place your order. 
• Loose Writing Shield Cards are supplied free of charge with your Duplicate NCR Books. 
• Hole Punching is free of charge if required. Let us know if you require Hole Punching in 'Special Instructions' as you place your order.
