✅ What is NCR Paper? 

NCR paper allows you to create instant duplicates of handwritten or impact-printed documents without using messy carbon paper. We use carbonless copy paper and you can choose to have 2 Part (Duplicate), 3 Part (Triplicate) or 4 Part (Quadruplicate).

💡 Tips for Effective NCR Usage 

  1. Choose the Right Format – Decide whether you need pads (glued), books (perforated and bound), or loose sets (individual) depending on how you use the forms. 
  2. Custom Branding – Add your logo, contact details, and business info to look professional. 
  3. Upload your pre-design PDF file for printing or let us design for you. 
  4. Pick the Right Size - A5 and A4 are most popular, but other sizes including A3, DL, A6 and custom sizes are also available. 
  5. Sequential Numbering – Ideal for tracking orders and record-keeping. 
  6. Hole Punching (Drilling) - We can add 1, 2 or 4 holes to NCR forms. Let us know if you need hole punching on your order.  
  7. Binding Options – Choose glued pads or perforated books for easy tear-out. (You can also choose to have individual loose NCR sets). 
  8. Use Colour-Coding – Different coloured sheets help distinguish copies for customer, office, and accounts. 
  9. Design Layout Matters – Keep the layout clean and ensure space for signatures, dates, and notes. 
  10. Use Durable Grey Board Back Covers – Helps when writing on the go. 
  11. Consider Duplicate, Triplicate or Quadruplicate Sets – Decide how many copies you need per form.
