What is NCR Printing?
NCR stands for No Carbon Required. NCR paper creates instant duplicates or triplicates when you write on the top sheet – without the need for messy carbon paper. It’s widely used for invoices, receipts, delivery notes, job sheets, service reports and compliance forms.
What Types of NCR Products Can You Print?

Please find below some common questions we are asked regarding our Carbon Copy business forms printing service:
1. Can we have any paper colours?
NCR Paper is available in the following paper colours: White, Yellow, Pink, Green and Blue. As standard we print Duplicate forms with a White top sheet and a Yellow bottom sheet. Triplicate forms are printed White top sheet, Yellow middle sheet and Pink bottom sheet as standard. If you do need different paper sequences please let us know when you come to order. There is usually no extra surcharge for changing the paper sequence.
2. Can we have Sequential Numbering on our printing?
Yes, we can place sequential numbering on your printing order. We can start from a number of your choice. The numbering can be placed pretty much anywhere on the form. We charge a set fee of £15.00 to add consecutive numbering to your print order.
3. What files can you print from?
We love to print from PDF files or JPEG files. Please make sure the quality of the file supplied is at least 300dpi and set to CMYK. We also have a design department is you need us to help with design work.
4. What Colour do you print in?
We can print your order in one ink colour, pantone colour matching or if you require lots of ink colours on your design - please select the full colour printing option.
5. What is the difference between Sets, Pads and Books?
Sets are individual NCR forms so if you order Triplicate Sets for instance the (white/yellow/pink sheets) will be glued together (usually at the top) using fan apart adhesive. Pads are glued together - each pad usually has 50 NCR Sets which are glued together (usually at the top) and have a grey board backing card. Books are perforated, stapled and bound together (rather than being glued). We perforate all sheets of each NCR set as standard. There are usually 50 NCR Sets per book. Books also have a grey board backing card.
