A4 Triplicate NCR Pads

Custom printed A4 size (210 x 297mm) triplicate 3 part NCR pads - the most popular format for invoices, job sheets and service reports where three copies are required. Each pad contains 50 triplicate NCR sets, glued with a grey board backing card and printed to your exact design. 

A4 (210 x 297mm) is the standard business document size - ideal for detailed invoices, delivery notes and job sheets where you need plenty of space for itemised entries. With 3 part NCR you get a white original plus yellow and pink copies, giving you and your customer a record while retaining a third copy for your files.

• Premium quality 75gsm carbonless paper as standard 
• 50 triplicate sets per pad, glued with grey board backing 
• Two options for printing:
  1. One Colour Printing - we print in Black Ink as standard. If you require a different ink colour, please let us know in Special Instructions as you place your order. We can do this at no extra charge.
  2. Full Colour Printing - printed in as many ink colours as you require. This is perfect if you have a full colour logo for instance.

Q: What does 3 part NCR mean? A: 3 part NCR gives you three copies from a single sheet of writing - a white original, a yellow copy and a pink copy. Perfect for keeping one copy each for you, your customer and your records. 

Q: What is the standard paper colour sequence? A: Standard 3 part NCR pads are White (top), Yellow and Pink. If you need a different sequence, let us know in Special Instructions - we stock White, Blue, Yellow, Pink and Green at no extra charge. 

Q: Can I add sequential numbering? A: Yes - simply select this option when ordering and let us know your required start number. 

Q: Can I supply my own design? A: Yes - upload your pre-designed form as a PDF when ordering. We check every file and send a digital proof for approval before printing. 

Q: Is hole punching available? A: Yes - hole punching is free of charge. Just mention it in Special Instructions when placing your order.
